Spartan Training Division put on its first Pop-up workout at McCarren Park Track in Brooklyn.
We invited friends and blasted the word to the public to hit a workout straight from “HELL”.
The team first started with a bodyweight warmup and then hit the main workout. After said and done, we tried some challenges like pull-up bar hold with a 20-lb weight vest and carrying a HUSACROSS (a T-shaped piece of metal weight) 400 meters on the track for prizes and bragging rights.
